I must admit, Ne-Yo made some bangers in the dance music genre and was widely accepted by those in that community, but he says he is going to be returning to his roots for his next album. Ne-Yo seems to have his eye on the prize as he told Billboard’s The Juice, “As of right this second my main focus is my new album.” With high anticipation coming from R&B fans, this project is said to be released this summer. R&B artists are coming out the woodworks to drop new music today, but the consistent (and freakin amazing) Jojo came through with some gold, aka a mini EP called #LoveJo.
The mini EP #LoveJo features four tracks including covers of Anita Baker’s “Caught Up in the Rapture” and Phil Collins’ “Take Me Home,” both produced by Da Internz. She also soars with her beautiful rendition of “Glory,” inspired by opera singer Kathleen Battle.
