Teenage, Chicago rapper, Chief Keef revealed earlier this week that he decided to sign with Interscope — now, T.I. explains why he’s a fan of the lil’ fella.

“Chief Keef, man he represents a part of the youth in America that ain’t really got a voice right now,”
